To top it of, I needed to find a technician, that knew what they were doing and not trying to rip me off. These days most technicians use technical words, which mean really nothing to me, as I don't understand them. You on the other hand were able to put the problems into simple words, so I knew exactly what you had to do.

I was impressed by the quick service you provided and the most important thing the cost of the repair, was more than fair, my PC is now working wonderful again.
